‘Warrington bombing’ father gives extremism talk in Chorley

THE father of a boy killed by terrorists gave a stark insight into extremism to college students in Chorley.
Colin Parry OBE was one of the speakers at Runshaw College’s Euxton Lane Campus discussing the UK’s counter-terrorism project Prevent last Wednesday. Colin’s son Tim was just 12 when he died in the IRA bombings in Warrington in 1993 and Colin has been a tireless campaigner since.
