Volunteers – please join us as national #volunteersweek starts.

The Tim Parry Johnathan Ball Foundation for Peace is always on the lookout for more volunteers. Volunteering involves enthusiasm, commitment, and hard work, but by working as a part of our dedicated team of volunteers, you will have fun while making memories and friendships that will last forever.

We are now hosting conferences, training seminars, and other events for local voluntary organisations, and we are looking to increase our pool of volunteers to help us manage and run these events smoothly. Tasks will vary, ranging from reception duties to serving refreshments and assisting our catering team. If you have the odd day or two to spare, and wondered how you could make a positive contribution to your local community, please get in touch with us.

If you would like to register your interest in volunteering for the Foundation for Peace, or simply would like more information, we’d be delighted to hear from you – FILL IN THIS FORM

Over 21 million people volunteer in the UK at least once a year and this contributes an estimated £23.9bn to the UK economy. Behind these big numbers is a big contribution.  These 21 million people are a shining example of how we can all make a big difference to individuals and communities every day by contributing to a range of  essential services and support. We believe such a big contribution is worth a big celebration!

Today, Wednesday 1st June 2016, we are celebrating the start of  national Volunteers’ Week, an event that will be running until the 12th June.

We have a great team of volunteers and we thank them for their vital and continued support – if you want to find out more then please FILL IN THIS FORM or call Wendy on 01925 218 234
