Jim Melvillle Room

The Jim Melville room was opened in 2012 as a dedication to a past President of Warrington Rotary, Jim Melville.

Jim was a dedicated fundraiser who supported a wide range of causes, and his support for the Foundation began in the very early years. This continued for a number of years, with a highlight being Jim helping the Foundation to achieve an award from Rotary International for ‘World Understanding and Peace’ in 2004.

The room itself has been recently refurbished to a high standard, and is an ideal setting for a relaxed group meeting. It comes equipped with a whiteboard and flip chart for any presentations, as well as plenty of comfortable seating. The Jim Melville Room is an alternative venue for group meetings, and is situated in a unique setting just outside Warrington town centre.

For more information about hiring room at the Peace Centre, please use the Meeting Room Booking Form, and a member of our team will be in touch shortly. All funds raised through our room hire services are used to ensure that the crucial work carried out by the Foundation for Peace can continue.
