Tailored Programmes

The Foundation offers tailored programmes to meet the needs of divided communities.

Based on our experience of working with young people and adults who have been victims of violent conflict, the Foundation delivers mentoring and leadership development programmes which are targeted at larger groups of young people (50+) and tackle the specific issues of racism and prejudice.

In tailoring the programme to the specific issue, the Foundation undertakes significant groundwork with teachers, youth service, young people and community organisations to understand the context of the conflict.

Team building Working together Debating the issues

The programme also incorporates capacity building workshops for teachers, youth service and other agencies, along with a resource pack which offers suggested activities and methodologies to use with young people post-programme.

For further information on these programmes and their availability please call the Foundation offices on 01925 581 231.
