Speaking Up for Peace

October 19, 2016 | Jonathan Levy

Are you a member of a community group or organisation in the North of England that is looking for a speaker or do you know someone who is?

As a Foundation, we engage with many different audiences and are gradually increasing the number of speaking engagements we undertake. These engagements are well-received and with terrorism on the increase, many people are keen to find out more about what we do, what goes on at the Peace Centre where we are based, and how they can help.

From speaking to businesses such as First Recruitment, to clubs like Rotary and community groups such as Prescot Walking Group, hearing someone speak about our work can be a powerful way to develop understanding around our unique ‘For Peace’ services and why they are relevant to the society we live in today. Sometimes, it can also be the start of a mutually-beneficial relationship.

Our speaking engagements can be tailored to your audience and can last from 10 minutes to an hour, whatever you’d prefer.

To cover our time and expense, we request a minimum donation of £50 for speaking engagements and each donation is put towards our work, the demand for which has never been greater.

To book a speaker or for more information, please contact our fundraiser, Jonathan Levy, on 01925 581232 or email him at jonathan.levy@foundation4peace.org.

We’d love to hear from you.
