Here are Brian’s answers:

P – Project at the Foundation everyone should know about

The foundation’s Survivors Assistance Network provides support to anyone affected by terrorism or political violence, whether it occurs in this country or abroad. Our latest involvement is dealing with victims of the atrocities in Tunisia.

E – Extremism challenge that needs resolving

Young people are always at risk of being influenced by the wrong people with bad ideas. Parents are the main bastions to stop this happening. However, teachers’ regularly engage with children and are on the front line in dealing with this problem. Our Train the Trainer & Holding Difficult Conversations courses are aimed at teachers and youth workers to give them the tools needed to recognise and act on these situations.

A – A fact people might know about the Foundation

We are totally independent. We do not take sides. Our sole aim is to promote Peace and support victims of all nationalities and beliefs.

C – Colleague at the Foundation you want people to get to know

Wendy Parry is a founder of the Foundation and is instrumental in the formation of the ideals and direction the Foundation is aiming for. She also plays a key role in organising fundraising events. She is also heavily involved in promoting the Peace Centre as a conference and meeting centre. She was inspiration at the birth of the Foundation and is an inspiration still.

E – Everyone can help the cause of Peace by…
