Novel way of raising money for the Peace Centre

THE Peace Centre has come up with a novel way of funding its vital charity work by asking residents to donate their old bangers. The cause, set up in memory of Johnathan Ball and Tim Parry, has joined up with Giveacar, a non-profit social enterprise that collects unwanted and unused cars for charity.
