The father of a Warrington boy murdered by the IRA saw his charity buoyed by a £150,000 pledge from the Chancellor in this year’s budget announcement.
Colin Parry lost his son Tim 21 years ago this week in the 1993 Warrington bomb attack, an explosion that also killed three-year-old Johnathan Ball.
