This programme will examine key leadership styles, attributes and skills and will provide opportunities for participants to develop their leadership skills and to identify ways in which to use them effectively within their communities.

At the end of the programme participants will be able to:

  • Compare and contrast a number of different leadership styles
  • Identify their own leadership skills and style
  • Examine the role of a leader in relation to conflict and human rights issues
  • Describe ways in which they could apply their leadership skills within their community to make a difference
